This is so well written! I feel like mothers are very difficult to understand at times. As kids we grow up idolising our parents, but as we age we begin to see through everything. Thank you for sharing this 💙

Where are so many people white-knucking it through life? I used to wonder as a child walking the store, 'Why so many gloves? Why don't people just put their hands in their pockets (excepting the fact that women are woefully unserved in the pocket area, but that's a whole other topic), but now I get it
